Louisville Fellows Program

The Louisville Fellows Program is a nine-month career-launch leadership development program for recent college and trade school graduates, forming them as marketplace and ministry leaders committed to enriching the culture of our city. We provide Fellows with competitively-paid jobs in their field while supporting them with professional and spiritual mentors, a church, a community where they serve, host families with whom they live, weekly lunches with city and state leaders, conferences and retreats (including a pilgrimage to England!), weekly Dinner amd Discussion with their peers, and seminary-level classes (recognized as six elective credits). We do all this because we believe that our faith informs the way we contribute to the common good and bring restoration within our work and the culture around us.
