Join us on Sunday, October 15, as we welcome Father Paul Wheatley to St. Francis in the Fields! Father Wheatley will be preaching at the 9:00 and 11:15 a.m. services and will be guest teaching on baptism in “The Prayerbook: Annotated,” our Rector’s Forum series on the Book of Common Prayer, during the Sunday School hour. He serves as Assistant Professor of New Testament and Greek at Nashotah House Theological Seminary and is currently completing his dissertation on the role of baptismal imagery in the Gospel of Mark at the University of Notre Dame. He has spoken widely in Episcopal, Anglican, Catholic, Evangelical, Mainline Protestant, and Orthodox churches, and is a regular contributor to the Covenant blog of The Living Church. Please help us extend a warm St. Francis welcome to Fthr. Wheatley!
