SUMMARY:Evening Prayer and Blessing of the Animals
DESCRIPTION:All creatures great and small\, and their owners\, are invited to a special service of Evening Prayer on Friday\, October 2\, at 5:00 p.m. We’ll be moving our regular Evening Prayer service under the trees in the Back Bowl to pray and bless our animal companions\, in observance of the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi\, the patron saint of animals. All paws\, claws\, and hooves are welcome to praise God and kick off the celebration of our patronal feast! This service will last about 30 minutes.

SUMMARY:Recital and Choral Evensong
DESCRIPTION:All are invited to our monthly offering of Choral Evensong\, the jewel in the Anglican liturgical crown and a beautiful and contemplative evening worship opportunity. Each Evensong service is preceded by an organ recital performed by a sacred musician of note and is followed by a reception presented by the Friends of Music Society. The recital begins at 4:30 p.m.\, with Choral Evensong following at 5 p.m. and lasting around an hour.
