Build-a-Bed

August 27 @ 11:30 am - 4:00 pm

On Sunday, August 27, in Graves Hall right after the 10:00 a.m. service, we will host our annual Build-A-Bed event, a St. Francis outreach to our local schools! We will be building beds for Jefferson County school children who wouldn’t otherwise have a comfortable place to sleep to call their own. For this event, we need to raise $4,200 to purchase lumber, hardware, and mattresses. To make a monetary donation, please visit the “Giving” tab on Realm and select “Build A Bed” in the dropdown field. We are also collecting new twin-sized sheets (gender neutral), diverse bedtime books, pillows, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and dental floss! Please drop off items in the Narthex.
