Liturgical Training and Refresher

Calling all Lectors, Ushers, and Chalice Bearers! If you are one of our many Sunday ministry volunteers—or are interested in assisting in this way—please plan to join us for our fall Liturgical training days! We will review our ministry customary and best practices, look at the “ritual reason why” we do what we do, and make sure that we’re ready to start the program year on the right foot! Training is required for all new and returning volunteers. If none of the following dates work, please contact Mthr. Barbara so that she can meet with you separately. You only need to attend at the time slot for the ministry in which you serve.

Training Dates and Times:

Saturday, August 19 at 9:00 a.m. – Lectors

Saturday, August 19 at 10:00 a.m. – Ushers

Sunday, August 20 at 9:00 a.m. – Chalice Bearers 

Make-up Dates and Times:

Saturday, September 2 at 9:00 a.m. – Lectors

Saturday, September 2 at 10:00 a.m. – Usher

Sunday, September 3 at 9:00 a.m. – Chalice Bearers
