Church Life App
People, events, and online giving can be accessed by using the ACS ChurchLife™ mobile application. You can choose from your operating system below. A church-specific login is required to access via your mobile device so it's best to do the initial setup process on a computer.
What can I do in the ChurchLife App?
You can have instant access via your mobile phone to the contacts and events of St. Francis anytime, anywhere.
- Trying to remember an event date or location? Retrieve it on the parish calendar.
- Need directions to someone’s house? Pull up driving directions and a map.
- Use a number frequently? Now you have a quick way to access and add contacts to your phone.
If you are prompted for a “Site ID” when setting up the application, enter 091296. The e-mail address you use to create your login must match the one in our database.
How is my personal and family information protected?
The vendor, ACS Technologies, is a leading vendor of church management software based in Florence, SC. ACS uses the same security protocols that banks do, including state of the art transaction encryption and firewalls, as well as physical intrusion detection at the ACS Technologies data center.
All users must sign in with username or email address, and password.
You control what family and individual contact information is published and viewable online. Non-members cannot see member contact information. Your giving history is viewable only by you and our Parish Accountant.

Please Note: The office must have your current email address for this procedure to work.
The office needs a current email address for each family who wishes use the ChurchLife App. The whole family may share an email address, if desired. If you need to update the office’s email information for your family, please email email@example.com. Note: Each family member who signs up for the ChurchLife App gets a unique login with a unique UserName, whether they share an email address or not.
Start by clicking HERE. You may have to click on the "Click here" that appears after "Need a Login?"
Enter your email address, and your last and first names. Click the “Find me” button. If your email, first name, and last name are in the system correctly, you'll get a message saying it was found, and that an email containing your first-time login information will be sent to you. If the system CANNOT find you, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
When you receive the email, follow the instructions to log in for the first time. You will be required to change your password.
