Sunday School Teachers for 2012 - 2013
We are looking for 2-3 teachers per grade. This is a wonderful opportunity to share your wisdom and knowledge with the next generation. Please contact Cindy Thompson or by phone at 502-228-1176, ext 113 to volunteer.
Altar Guild
We are in need of 2 or 3 additional Altar Guild members to join a team. We especially need members who are available to set up for the 8:00 a.m. or 11:00 a.m. worship service. If you are interested, please contact Sharon Schmidt at 502-718-6343 or Polly Williams at 502-228-2708.
Loaves and Fishes
Did you know that for 2011, Loaves and Fishes served a total of 10,190 people? You can join in this incredibly vital community outreach by meeting at St. Francis on Saturday afternoons around 2:00 p.m. to prepare food and then travel downtown to feed the homeless. This is a wonderful family- oriented ministry too! Contact Curtis Taylor at 502-718-5264.
Money Counters
There are 2 openings to be filled for money counters. This volunteer ministry has the responsibility of helping count the money collected at Sunday a.m. services and making the bank deposit. Training will be provided by our church bookkeeper, Carol Brady and you will be put on a rotational schedule with a team of other volunteers.
