Praise & Worship Chapel is a church service within a church service. Designed exclusively for our young attendees, the Praise and Worship Chapel prepares them for “adult” worship by providing a liturgical service that engages them in the lesson and provides opportunities for them to be a part of the worship experience. Each week, there are chances to serve as greeters, ushers, readers and to assist with the Gospel lesson.
The Praise & Worship Chapel takes place during the 9:00 Family Worship Service, right before the Gospel reading and ends during the peace. Anyone is welcome to attend, especially those ages 3 and up.
We encourage children to go to church with their families beginning at age four. We welcome parents to come and participate in Children's Worship with their children anytime, and especially if your child is apprehensive about going to chapel without you. Once you are all comfortable with the routine your child can come to chapel with his or her peers.
For babies, toddlers and younger children who are not yet ready to sit through the service, Nursery Ministry is available downstairs in the Sunday School rooms. Our nurseries are staffed by volunteer and staff teachers.
